I am a former professional footballer of the late seventy & eighties, who career was hampered by a number of injuries eventually leaving the sport during 1982. In 1982 I persued a career in the insurance industry, before forming a successful catering business in 1989...
I followed my passion for health & fitness in 2001, qualifying as a personal trainer & lifestyle coach that same year, and have been practicing as a freelancer to date. Other qualifications & experiences.. Football Coaching & management, Sports & optimum nutrition.. Fitness instruction. I am a self confessed personal development freak, who loves getting results.
