One question I constantly get asked is "What is the FSB". Let me answer by asking a question of my own. Are you or would you like to be the owner of your own business, working for yourself and in charge of your own destiny? Including the peaks and troughs!
If the answer is yes you need to join the FSB.
When the FSB began over 30 years ago a handful of small business owners banded together to provide mutual support to each other and to be able to protect, nurture, guide and advise newer younger smaller business owners with their accumulated wealth (some might say battle scars) of wisdom and experiences.
Today membership is over 215,000 strong and growing daily. The FSB works on four fronts with many benefits associates with membership.

 Following the National Conference of the FSB in London in March I can proudly announce here that next year's FSB conference (2009) will be held at the "Celtic Manor" in Newport. This is a major achievment for all the hard work done by the Regional and Branch officers in Wales.
This will be an opportunity to showcase how SME's in Wales are leading the charge and competing in an ever more competetive world. This will be a three day conference from the 19th to the 21st of March.
Whether you are a FSB Member or not (yet) put these dates in your diary as this is going to be a once in a lifetime opportunity to take part in the most prestigious event in the small business calendar.
For those of you who are FSB members take a moment to add your pic to this blog as there are over 215,000 FSB members in the UK as I want to have the biggest, largest, group of people in Breeze registered on this blog.

You may notice that the handsome ones amongst us have already done so but there is still room for a lot more.
